It has taken this long to process what I saw.  But here is what we&#8217;re looking at: A passenger in a car, sticking his foot out the window.  I&#8217;m not sure if he&#8217;s airing it out or giving some kind of salute.  I don&#8217;t even know if the foot is the primary appendage being administered to.
